Track Your Order

Every Helen & Olivia order ships with tracking, and shipping is free across the United States.

How tracking works

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow it. Standard delivery then takes 5–10 business days.

Find your tracking link

Open the shipping confirmation email we sent you and click the tracking link. If you cannot find that email, please check your spam or promotions folder first — it is usually there.

Still cannot find your order?

Email info@helenandolivia.com with the name on the order and your order number, and we will look it up and send you the tracking link directly. We reply within one business day.

Tracking has not updated

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan after a label is created, and it sometimes pauses for a day or two in transit. That is normal. If there has been no movement for more than five business days, get in touch and we will chase it with the carrier.
