Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. There is no minimum.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery then takes 5–10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel ships. See our Track Order page for details.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
Every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email info@helenandolivia.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with a return authorisation and instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Each product page has its own size guide with measurements for that specific piece. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What if the size is wrong?
That is what the 30-day guarantee is for. Email us and we will sort out an exchange or a refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best.
