Helen and Olivia offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every order. If your item doesn't work out, we'll make it right.

Return window: You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

How to return: Email info@helenandolivia.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-refundable: Final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
